Hmm, I have started to watch some podcasts about courses and meet with friends who have taken classes to learn some of the software I want to get better at so that I can borrow their books and learn from them things. I think having friends who are also driven on intellectual wealth before physical looks REALLY helps me out at times, but I am sure the better wardrobe doesn't hurt too.
