		<description>Among the three iPods I have had, two of them have broke from my heavy usage and Apple sent me brand new iPods very promptly each time. I was not expecting brand new iPods. Props to Apple.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve recieved many free things from apple. I have had my iBook repaird at least 3 times w/o apple care, also I got a brand new Airport card when the one in here died. Sadly, a new powersupply was not provided when my old one died.:-(</description>

		<description>I agree with your observation - and this attitude works for all - small Restaurant/shop to very large companies! The amount of good word that spreads due to small actions done by companies while taking care of customers gets them far more and better publicity than what they can get by spending much larger amount of money on advertising!</description>
