I was on hold for too long which wasn't pleasant, then some guy picks up and asks what he can help me with. The conversation was probably 4 - 5 minutes in duration before he shooed me away to answer another call. This would probably be good for people who have very pointed, specific questions. I was looking for more general advice on asset allocation, and he just didn't take the time to understand my current position. I can't really blame him, there's only so much you can do with 4 minutes over the phone. Good luck to anyone else who's giving this one a shot. I just got off the phone with these guys.
