I've tracked all of those at some point in my life, but don't maintain the records since they're too time-consuming to be worth the effort.

I actually kept daily records of how I spent every 15 minutes of every day for nine months before I realized I had better things to do with my time. :)

Number 5 doesn't really seem fair. Newspapers can be read online now, saving trees, money, and trips to the bathroom to wash off the news ink.

1. How much $ you spend per month - dont care to keep detailed tabs, got better things to do.
2. How long you spend talking to your family per month - many many hours.
3. How much time you spent working on the thing you say is your “passion” last month - at least an hour everyday
4. How far you walk every day - i live in the city, for this very reason, so i could walk.
5. How much you read NOT from a computer - this is something i need to improve upon. but i do read the newspaper everyday.
6. How much time you spend organizing your life (bills, etc) - don't. i *never* look at my bills. the only thing i glance at is credit card statements, to make sure the banks arent taking away any money from me that is mine. i have a good sense of when i'm overspending, and this is purely a gut feel. i never go over the top. organization is boring.
7. How many calories you eat per day - less than necessary.
8. How much time you actually work at work - haha, my goal in life is to maximize earning while working the least amount of time at work. i work at a big corp which is great, coz you can easily slip through the cracks and get away by being efficient and charismatic and talking sense. this affords me to work very little but yet get good enough reviews to keep the job. so i work very very little.
9. How much time you spend watching TV per month - i dont have a tv.
10. Which of your goals you accomplished last year - to work on a "passion" related project successfully with a person i detest.

How much time and "energy"/"effort" did you...
.... spend on your close relationships?
.... make love?
.... have very meaningful conversations?
.... volunteer?
.... help a neighbor, friend, or your community?
.... give attention to your spirituality?

Remember please that there's richness that anyone can have that might or might not add to their financial net worth.

I'd love to see some examples of spreadsheets that you guys create for tracking monthly cashflow; I'm working on one but it's pretty crummy at this point.

Awesome. I blogged about your post too.

My life is extremely disorganized right now - at least I feel so very much. Hope these questions will clear it up significantly...

1. I have an excel spreadsheet called Monetary Control - I've been keeping it for 3 years now.
2. Maybe 5 hours on the whole. I don't really care to extend it beyond that.
3. 100 hours, maybe.
4. Not far. I spend many hours a week dancing though.
5. 2-3 hours a week.
6. An hour every two weeks (when I get paid).
7. I certainly don't care about that. I look & feel wonderful.
8. Four hours probably. Maybe if they gave me more work, I could actually spend longer at it.
9. Zero.
10. All of them. I have one goal, to enjoy my life. I reach it every year.

1. Started using Quicken last month, and that hurts!
2. I e-mail my mother constantly if that counts? Otherwise, not much
3. Several things are my passion, and I spend several hours each week on all of them
4. I walk to and from class and work, probably a mile or so a day
5. Very little, maybe a book a month
6. A few hours per month, probably 5?
7. Don't care, its more about the ratio of calories consumed to calories used
8. No comment
9. 15 Hours or so
10. Not sure I set any goals? I did what I wanted to do.

Now I know you didnt really need us to answer all of the questions and post them here, but I figured if I did it, maybe someone else would follow suite and actually do it.
